Article 12: Constitution and By-Law Amendments

1. Amendments to this constitution and by-laws can be made at any meeting as set out in the meeting agenda. Amendments must be in writing and presented to the Executive 10 days in advance of the meeting. All E.M.H.A. executive members should be present to vote on any amendments proposed, though in the very least a formal quorum must be present to pass any such amendment proposals.
2. Copies of the Constitution and By-laws will be available from E.M.H.A. website, and hard copies upon written request.
